Hello, my name is Sarah Monarch. With more than 20 years of experience behind them, the John and Janice Team have provided me with the training and guidance in order for me to succeed while providing our clients with the best service possible.
My 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience in various industries have been a great asset to me while assisting buyers and or sellers through the real estate process. I pride myself on forming genuine and honest relationships, which has afforded me great success in the customer service industry. This may sound cliche, because it is, but I honestly have always loved working with and helping others. I have gained a valuable skill set through my work in marketing and sales, restaurant sales and management, as well as my education and background in Occupational Therapy. All have equipped me with the ability to communicate well, form trusting relationships, and to help others adapt to change and think outside the box. My goal is to continue to grow as part of the team, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
On a more personal note, the greatest, and the most important part of my life is my family. I am fortunate to have their support and encouragement always. To sum it, here are my top ten favorite activities. Spending time with Brad and the kids, spending time with Brad without the kids, traveling, live music (with DMB family), visiting family in Florida, long walks with my dogs, grilling and chilling poolside with family and friends, golfing (well most of the time), biking, yoga, and Betty Rocker.
